RI Changes

So, when we were down in Rhode Island over Memorial Day we were pleasantly surprised by some of the changes taking place at Casa de Kohl. Adam & Jessie are planning to living at Gary & MaryAnn's for the remainder of the summer until they depart for basic training and school. So, they are taking over the upstairs. Not only was the main room up there vacuumed but the bathroom was a bit different. Jessie works at Home Depot so they have access to supplies. They patched the walls, painted, added trim to the floor and doorway, bought some new decorations, and made it a bit more spacious. Jessie is really into the whole New England theme so the bathroom is just the first step in the upstairs transformation.

I am really proud of them for trying to make this space their own. I can't wait to see the other changes they make over the next few months. On a side note....MaryAnn and I had fun rearranging the new room downstairs for Jessie's party. It was a good heads up of what's to come in the next couple weeks.
