Happy 86th B-day Gramp!
We were fortunate enough to have lunch with my grandparents on Gramp's 86th b-day. Aunt Minnie (Gram's younger sister) and Uncle Gary were there too. It's the second year in a row we've been able to go down to the farm for lunch on his birthday.
Gordon always gets a hankering for seafood. So, yesterday after he went to Burlington to get his new tunnel cover put on his truck he drove down to Rutland for some lobsta. We let Geoffrey pet the lobster before we through him in the pot. (The lobster that is...not G!) Gordon made some of his famous chowda. Geoffrey didn't like the stuff in the chowder, just the broth.
Well, it's another crazy week. I've had a ridiculous cold since my trip to Hartford...but hopefully tomorrow I can swing by the Health Center for something stronger than Sudafed PE. Congrats to the Fannin's for the birth of Sarah and hurray for the Hummel's being able to bring Maylee home! Spring is here!
