Wanna go swimming?
This is from the road we take up to daycare.
Cozy, eh?
Today was party number 2. We went down to Greenfield, MA last night after work. This morning we woke to a little snow squall. There is NO snow in MA so it was quite a switch. We were so glad to see Memere (MaryAnn), Pepere (Henry), Grammy (Lorraine), Papa (Gary), Grampa (Jay), and his wife Lee. Leanne put together a lovely lunch that we all enjoyed very much. Grammy brought a sugar-free apple pie and a sugar-free chocolate cream pie. I made banana cake for Geoffrey. Leanne made a tollhouse cake. The real food was yummy too.

The singing of happy birthday was a bit more traumatizing this weekend for some reason.
Geoffrey had fun meeting his great-uncle Hank for the first time. They played a rousing game of catch with the blue bouncy ball. We had to keep Geoffrey entertained so he wouldn't throw the ball into the fire behind him.
Cameron did a good job of keeping G away from the flames also.
It was so nice having Greg, Hank, Cameron, & Olivia join us for the festivities today.
It was so fantastic of Edward and Leanne to host the lovely luncheon. Thank you to everyone for the lovely gifts. Clothes & Baby Einstein DVD's are always wonderful. Leanne got us a great new backpack from one her friends also. Now we can go hiking with G more easily. Well, the festivities have come to a close for the 1st birthday. Here's to many, many more!
